Requests and availability
Submitting a booking request does not reserve a date or confirm a shoot. Scope, price, scheduling, travel, deliverables, usage rights, and delivery timing must be agreed with SellHouse Media.
Media and permissions
Website images, films, and tours are presented for viewing. Downloading, reproducing, or using media in another campaign requires the relevant permission. Rights granted for a commissioned production should be confirmed in its agreement.
Property readiness and aerial coverage
Share access requirements, occupancy, seller needs, and any scheduling constraints before the shoot. Aerial coverage is subject to location, weather, airspace restrictions, applicable regulations, and safe operating conditions.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, weather, and property-readiness terms must be confirmed by the owner and included in the project agreement before booking.
