Booking information
The request form asks for contact details, a property address, preferred dates, property size, and project requirements. When email delivery is configured, these details are sent to SellHouse Media through the selected transactional email provider to review and respond to the request. A confirmation email summarizes your requested services and date.
Security and temporary processing
The planned server-side spam controls use short-lived keyed hashes of the connection address and email, with request counters. They do not store your property address or message. Request content is not intentionally written to application logs or analytics. Infrastructure and email providers may retain operational information under their own policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page views. We remove query strings and URL fragments from page-view URLs before sending them. We do not send booking form contents through our analytics integration. Our conversion hooks remain local to your browser.
Embedded media
Campaign source, medium, and campaign tags may be kept in browser session storage while you browse, then included privately with your inquiry. They are not sent through analytics hooks. No form drafts are stored in your browser.
The Matterport viewer loads when you visit the 3D Tours page. The external provider may process connection information and use cookies under its own policies. Where available, a direct viewing link is offered. Third-party social feeds are not enabled.
Retention and your questions
The owner must confirm the inquiry retention period and deletion procedure before the website launches.
